We implemented a fix an hour ago and have been monitoring since. It appears that only some users were affected and we are investigating the root cause as we continue to monitor the situation.
We have identified the problem and are working to restore full service. All users should be able to access Crelate again, but the service may be slow.
We are investigating reports of an outage.
